My husband did some research on trees asking questions of friends, our arborist, other nurseries, and looking online, which landed us at Cheyenne Tree Farms in Beaumont, AB. The tree we were looking for was there at a cheaper price than other outfits that we were more familiar with. And then, we met Natalia. She was more helpful, knowledgeable, and honest than any other person. She herself had first hand experience planting trees at her home. She took the time to answer our questions and teach us about trees. She is a beautiful person inside and out who we appreciated and listened to. We ended up purchasing a different tree type, were given a sample size for the root hole, and we soon welcomed our Silver Cloud Maple Tree to our home. My husband was able to put it in its spot - on his own with little strength and lot of brain. Thank you Cheyenne Tree Farm Ltd. and Natalia!

I had a great time shopping for trees and shrubs. Katya helped me and answered all of my questions. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had outstanding customer service. She was friendly and really took the time to give me recommendations. I didn’t feel rushed and she went over all of the planting and care details. I’ve never spent this much money on shrubs and trees before but having Katya help me made me feel like my money was well spent. Thank you Katya for doing such an outstanding job. 10/10 would recommend this farm.

I recently purchased a tree from Cheyenne Tree Farms Ltd. Not knowing much about trees, I needed some guidance on selecting the right one for my garden. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, especially the lady who helped me. She patiently walked me through their good selection and helped me make an informed choice. I appreciated the helpful service and would recommend Cheyenne Tree Farms to anyone looking for a new tree.

They have good collection of trees and Shrubs.
Their Warranty program is not good compared to other Nurseries in town. We had 4 trees were damaged by rabbit, other nurseries took 3 back and gave us Full refund in store credit, no Question asked.
Cheyenne Farms does not cover the trees damaged by Animals. They only Refund 50% in Store credit.
Not Recommend just because of their Warranty Program.

Gave us the wrong tree and we called them. The person told us to brought it back and pick another one. Borrowed a truck and took it back then another guy at the front rudely refused to take it back. Don’t expect any customer service please.
