HUMANITY DOES EXIST ....
Was sanding a small portion on my vehicle, Chk City Collections came by to collect bin trash and Assistant in Van saw me working away, and this very nice Young, THIN GUY, went out of his way to open a fresh pack of sponge/wool and came over to me and offered this to make my job easier !!! ..That is what is referred to as Going the extra mile !!!.
He did not have to offer me anything But his Pleasant Manner and going the extra mile WILL have him succeed in Life...
Sanding done and paint applied ... Viola !!!
Made my day to know a total stranger cared ...Merci Beaucoup !!!

Fantastic People, and a positive experience overall. The reception was first class, Building Department clerks were knowledgeable and quickly determined the quickest path forward. The engineering inspector was extremely professional and explained the next steps thoroughly. Thank you for your help!

Our neighbor created an ugly smelling scenery, they were used to leave their garbage and recycling things in loose garbage and recycling bags on edge of driveway and street 2 weeks before garbage pick up day and big rats had a joyful party around the bags and also some guys would stop to search in blue bags for empty bottles or cans. We were very upset about the situation and called the Chilliwack City Hall and spoke with Taj Mann, What a polite, respectful, caring and focused lady! She solved the problem very quickly. It was our best experience with the City Hall.
