Went to the shop with my exploded recoil starter assembly for my Husqvarna mower with Briggs & Stratton engine. Basic..right? Was told they needed model number,and about a week. And...about $100. Went home, looked on Amazon. Only one recoil starter that looks the same. $27.00. Perfect fit,works like a charm. Lots listed.
Why not tell customers...if your able to do the work yourself,you can order the part on Amazon. Don't go to this shop!!!

I called prior to going in to confirm they sharpened lawn mower blades and they said it could be done by end of day. Went in and they had it done in 10 minutes! Fantastic service, the woman at the counter knew the exact brand and model mower the blade came from, which is very impressive. Great group of staff they have.

I took my top handle chainsaw into to have a mount and intake boot repaired. They thought they would "retune" it after which is did not request. When I picked up the saw it wouldn't start. Brought it back in and they managed to start it. Took it home and one cut into wood it bogged down immediately and died. The saw went back to them and after not hearing from them for over a month I stopped in to see what was going on. Was given a new story about other parts it now needed. The saw ran perfectly before the mount broke which tore the intake boot. Don't let them tough your equipment
