There’s a strong smell of food inside, and it clings to your clothes. The staff is polite and attentive. In terms of cleanliness, the tables are clean, but I’d give a 3/5 rating for the floors and the work area.

As for the taste of the food, I personally didn’t enjoy it much. Would I come here again? Maybe not to the Chilliwack location. In its category, I think it falls a bit behind its competitors.

It’s a luxurious place with a well-known name that we had heard a lot about, but it was a bit of a disappointment for me.

Wow it was busy there! But the line was pretty much out the door, they managed to move it very quickly. The burritos were fantastic! Couldn't finish it all but ill be eating the rest later. We had a beef barbacoa and a chicken. The hot sauce was really good. This was our first ever Chipotle experience and I can say that we will be back. 25$ for the two and it was worth it

Not even close to what you get in the USA 🇺🇸 in terms of food and service. The place looks like a Chipotle, but not the same great hot meat. You get to eat cold food for about $20 per person. Not worth it in my opinion!!! I’d spend that money at FiveGuys or somewhere that offers better food & service. If you ask them to heat up your meat or extra grill it, they’ll tell you it’s against their policy. I’m confused if I am the person eating the food or the policy is lol 😂 🤣

This was my first visit to Chipotle, the service was amazing as I had many questions. The staff member went through and explained everything and made suggestions to better my meal (the bowl with half chicken half veggie protein). The bowl itself is huge. I couldn’t finish it all. The flavours were amazing, everything was so fresh. I will be adding this to my list of quick food places. My partner, is a big Chipotle fan and he was also equally impressed with this location.

The food was amazing, the service and environment however were not very pleasing, I suggest labeling the toppings so people who have impaired hearing like me can make a coherent order without having to worry about the loud music messing them up, another suggestion is adding a sign saying "order here"where you start your order so people aren't walking around for 5 minutes trying to figure out where they're supposed to order.

And finally, would it be possible to set up some bike racks for people who come in on bikes? I recently got an electric bike and I couldn't really find a realistic spot to chain it up at this establishment, I mainly stress about this because I had recently had some incidents where the homeless have tried to take my bikes

Other than that, The workers were nice, and the food was amazing. I do hope my suggestions are heard because I would love to come back here again

I order from Chipotle in Langley regularly and have always been satisfied, as well as many other locations. We were very happy to see a location opening in Chilliwack. Well not so much any more. We went and got our usual orders three bowls. When the clerk was serving my wife she got Steak for her protein as always the clerk scooped some steak and shook out about 1/2 the contents out and pored the 1/2 scoop into my wife’s bowl when my wife questioned her about this the clerk again got about 1/2 a scoop and said if you want more it’ll be an additional charge to which my said no thank you. I had the same issue when ordering the steak bowl for my daughter this clerk was very rude. I said that the scoop is supposed to be full not 1/2 full that’s the portion size. She again if you want more it’s an additional charge. I will say while waiting in line I was watching another clerk serving customers and they were getting the usual portions. Then out of the blue when it was our turn to order this other clerk came up to start serving and took over serving she was rude and hard to understand and had zero customer service skills. Go to another location if you can every other location is better than this one.

Nice staff! I kept reading staff weren't nice but that's a damn lie.
The 20 dollar burrito was pretty flavorless. I got guacamole as well.
I can't go back here, that was weak Mexican food. If you want food Mexican food, go to GOOD TACO out at the end of Vedder. Now that's Mexican food, plus it's local. Not some chain.

Food is delicious, but service needs help. I understand the location is very new. However, I ordered pick up and the orders when completed stayed above the pick order bar, it didn't make it to the shelf. Add in the eager skip/door dash delivery drivers hovering by the pick up side, it caused for a very overwhelming experience. My order was supposed to be ready at 5pm, I didn't receive it until I asked about it at 5:17 pm. If you are going to have a pick up shelf, you need to utilize it. I even mentioned to the cashier but instead of her communicating with her teammates, she told me I would have to ask them.
