I used to go here frequently to buy poultry and sausages, which were yummy. However, I have completely stopped supporting this store, as the customer service has gone down the toilet. While the odd employee is friendly and helpful, most of the time I feel as though I am inconveniencing someone when I buy from this store.

Additionally, I once received an email receipt for another customer's order and, when I called to notify them, they got angry with me on the phone and hung up on me. Specifically, they minimized the problem and told me they would delete my account to solve my issue. All I wanted was to ensure my account (and credit card information) was not mixed up with someone else's. After trying to explain this to the man on the phone, he became annoyed and hung up on me. When I called back, shocked that he had essentially reprimanded me for calling and then hung up on me, the woman who answered told me there was no man working there at the time. Full-on gaslighting. I was told the owner would call me, but I never heard from her.

I am a loyal shopper and if you have a good product I will go out of my way to frequent your shop and recommend it to others. However, good customer service is non-negotiable for me. Disappointed.

We frequent this butcher outta convenience…
But the blond…person was in-convinced by us … by asking how much the price for a certain product was.and replied” the price in on the pkg …
With a Bad attitude.
“We were going to buy 10/pkgs of ground beef.”
We wanted to by #2 steaks & we weren’t sure if we were going to eat them today or not so we asked her to seal them …she got all hot under the collar & asked us if we were eating them today …?

I’ve been in the store on 3 different occasions. No one ever asked if I needed help, in fact as I walked by the counter just dropped their heads. No greeting like hello or welcome or I’ll be with you in a minute. Absolutely no customer service so I just walked out of the store and never bought anything. Shouldn’t shopping be an enjoyable experience?
