If there was an opportunity to give this store a 10 star rating I would! We live here 6 months out of the year and are extremely loyal to our pet store where we live the other six months, I believe it's important to establish a relationship with your pets supplier! Often I have questions and pet store staff are often educated in answering. Cindy 100 per cent lives up to building a relationship with her customers! I find her to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and has a genuine loves of animals. The store carries everything you need (especially seeing as we feed our dog a specialized food) to top it all off the bully sticks we give our dog as a "treat" are 22.00 each at home, they are 6.99 to 9.99 here !

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I would recommend going anywhere else for your pets needs. As other reviews have said they are closed Sunday's and Monday's. With that, I had to feed my dog a different food for two days because of them being closed on busy days. This is the only place locally that I thought carried my dogs food brand. Little did I know they advertise my dogs brand but only carry the largest bags and only a few of the flavors. When I asked the woman there if it would be an issue to switch flavors she was extremely rude telling me she does not know flavors of foods. After explaining the situation that I do not live here she said "that sucks" and upcharged the price of the food. I am completely disgusted with this establishment. It is extremely dirty and unorganized. Merchandise is all over the floor and in piles. Someone should open a proper pet store to service a tourist location. Boycott this establishment.

An EXCEPTIONAL Pet Store!!! Customer service and knowledge is amazing. The owner/ manager is so friendly and kind. We recently visited the store and she gave us excellent advice for traveling with our Norwegian Elkhound. We only live in Panorama part time, otherwise we would visit Choppers more often.

I give 5 stars. Cindy was helpful and gave us a few tricks on how to feed our picky dog. We just dropped by here to see what's in the store and she gave us free samples for our baby after asking her what she recommend for a picky eater of puppy.she was so nice. Btw we were just in town for a visit. I recommend this pet store. Look for cindy.🥰🥰🥰

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT shop at this business . 1/5 is really quite generous for a rating. I would shop anywhere other than this pet supply store. The owner (Cindy) is only interested in herself, not you or your pet. Public relations and honesty is critical in a small town.
