I highly recommend Classic Landscapes. I was highly impressed with the level of service throughout the entire process. My wife and I worked closely with Liliia who helped design our front and back yard. She listened to our requests and made very helpful suggestions. I was very impressed by Liliia’s level of expertise from the design, to the plant and artificial turf selection, to the layout where the drainage would be. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The fencing and landscaping crew did a phenomenal job and I am very impressed with their quality of work. Our front and back yard came out beautiful and am very happy with the end result.

It has taken all of three years from inception to completion of our retirement home project. The loooong wait is now over with the completion of the last major piece which is landscaping, delivered with excellence by Classic Landscapes who we started working with midway into the project. We can now truly settle down and relax enjoying quiet afternoons from our deck overlooking our backyard.

We approached three other landscapers and we now know we made the right choice. The process has been very smooth from the beginning and we are extremely pleased with how everything turned out. Liliia- you made this happen!

Liliia is an excellent designer, very amiable, easy to work with and an amazing person. She identified what we needed and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. She visited our worksite frequently and ensured the design is properly executed to her standards. She kept us onside with regular updates and involved us in key decisions. She continues to help us with plant and lawn care and winterization of our irrigation.

The landscaping crew was adequately equipped (including personal protective equipment), was well supervised and obviously knew their craft. If there is any room for improvement it is checking for materials with defects (pavers in our case) before they are installed to eliminate rework. There may be a couple minor outstanding items but we are confident that these will be addressed in no time.

So much variety and the staff was very knowledgeable.
We purchased rocks and dirt to be delivered on 2 separate days.
The only issue I ran into is they were unable to provide a delivery time for us.
The first delivery was on Tuesday and they delivered around 10am.
The next delivery was scheduled for Friday
When called we were told that they could not provide a time.
I called back at 2pm and they told me it would be another hour or two.
I had arranged a crate to assist dropping the rocks, who came at noon as well as paid some people to help install.
The rocks showed up at 4pm and because they showed up so late ended up costing me 2000$ extra for the crane and workers to sit around for 5 hours waiting. Which I feel is a completely unacceptable practice to not provide an accurate window.
On the plus side the sod and rock are of exceptional quality.

We needed landscaping for our new home and friends who has used Classic landscapes recommended them specially their residential designer Liliia Komich, she was amazing to work with. She worked with us to come up with a design that fit our back and front yard. Everyone who visits us was really impressed by the landscaping specially the water features she chose for our front and backyard. She Suggested trees and shrubs that work well together and provide a beautiful contrast with one another.
The installation team was fast ,clean and efficient .

I had Liliia help me out with my residential project in Fort Saskatchewan and she was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.

I asked for specific plants/shrubs/trees from a specific vendor - many landscaping companies outright said no, she just got it done no questions asked. She assisted in design, and we bounced ideas back and forth until we came to a final concept.

It looks great and I'm pleased with the results. Staff were friendly and punctual - something others in this industry lacked in my experiences.

The only real negatives I have are that they asked me to take my own measurements for the materials needed - I could only provide a real educated guess and would have preferred someone to come out and take the measurements themselves so that there were no discrepancies with materials required. This ultimately led into there not being enough material and crews having to come back out twice to top up and finish the job (but there were again no questions asked, they came out right away and didn't fight me on it which was great).

I’ve been coming here for a while but today I have been most lovely experience. I just lost my grandma and my cat and I had to exchange a Christmas tree, Bo saw that my and my momma were struggling and made us some hot chocolate and offered some kind and needed words and hugs , then showed me the coolest mushroom kit ( which I got and a grapefruit tree which I’ll come back for in spring , she gave me some recipes and just got us out of our heads and made it wonderful! Definitely come here and ask for Bo ! So kind and knowledgeable,

We have been to Classic a few times. The first time was about a year and a half ago and Bopenhana made a great impression on us - very focussed on customer service and is very friendly. Lately I have been looking for Firestorm ice melt and discovered that Classic carries it. I dropped in today, and Bopenhana quickly asked if I needed help finding anything. She loaded the ice melt on a cart and even took it out to the car for me. Wonderful lady and an unparalleled example of what customer service should be. Well done!
