I am so happy w our first experience kenneling our dog Monty at Cloud nine. Monty has never been kenneled before and I was pretty nervous about leaving him b/c he's my baby. From the first time I called to see if they could take him, then the doggy daycare days he did prior to his stay have been nothing but a great experience for us. The staff are so friendly, reassuring, and kind I wasn't nervous at all leaving him when the time came. The second time I brought Monty in for doggy daycare he was so excited to be there I knew I had nothing to worry about. It's so nice too that they post daily updates on their social media of the animals in their care all looking like they're having the best time. Monty looked very happy during his stay and we'll definitely be back. Thank you Cloud nine!

So Happy with Cloud nine! honestly I was so nervous to bring our senior dogs Kira and Frankie there, but shout to a friend for recommending these guys! very accommodating and super friendly! they treated our dogs very well and both were so happy 😊 Big Big shout out and Thank you to all the staff and the manager for taking the time to speak and reassure all our concerns! Highly recommend taking your furry loved ones here! I will say that they took a little time to respond but after dealing with them I understand they take so much time and effort looking after the animals that they need extra time for response! 💖 Also they post videos each day on their social media so you can see your loved ones from where ever you may be!

Cloud nine is the absolute best with my cat! As a diabetic cat on insulin I’ve been worried about leaving him places in the past but I always feel so confident in leaving him here since I know they take such fantastic care of him! Would recommend to anyone looking for a kennel for their kitties! I also love the photo updates they post too, I’m always excited to see what he’s up to each day! ☺️

I can’t say enough good things about Cloud Nine. My Lola has stayed here a few times with her longest stay (over 2 weeks) this past Christmas. The staff at Cloud Nine are incredible, and most importantly, very responsive. I love that I get to see my girl everyday on Instagram and whenever I check in via email, they always respond promptly. I will only bring my Lola here and will recommend Cloud Nine to anyone looking for daycare/boarding services!

My two puppy girls were there for 75 days while I had to deal with a flood in my home. I was in a hotel, but I could rest easy knowing my puppies were attended to,, loved, cared for, fed ,warm, and played out by the end of the day. The team at Cloudnine pet boarding is amazing. Every staff member was well informed and could tell me all about my girls every time I came to pick them up for a visit. could not have asked for a better safer home away from home for my puppy girls.

My pup is 6 years old and has never been boarded. I was nervous to leave him as he can be anxious and slow to make new friends. But the staff here were amazing! They took time to work with him so he was comfortable and he seemed to enjoy himself! It’s great to know there’s a place I can leave him where he will be able to socialize and he is SO well taken care of! It was also so reassuring to know that I can check their social media to see how updates on how he’s doing. One employee even gave me a call the first day to give me an update on how he was adjusting. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

My 10 month old puppy Ginger has been going for daycare once a week and has an absolute blast. The Cloud 9 staff always post picture and videos of her throughout the day which is awesome to see her playing with her puppy friends. The Cloud 9 staff are all so amazing and caring when it comes to her care. 10/10 recommend for daycare and overnight stays!
