Great experience right from the get go. I am a truck driver so always trying to find a gym wherever I stop. I called the centre and the lady at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and went the extra mile. The gym was very clean and I pretty much had the entire gym to myself, which was absolutely, awesome. I would highly recommend anybody to try this place out.

A friend of mine and I went on a Saturday for free snow shoeing and x-country skiing. The teenagers who served us were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was our first time, so we had a lot of questions with zero signs of annoyance from the teens. We had a blast. Indoor was clean and smelled fresh. Equipment we used were visibly quite worn but still in good condition and very clean. I was quite impressed overall.

Great place to go swimming. The membership price is way out of our range but the drop in price isn't too bad. Fun slide super warm kids pool.

The complex houses both the local hockey arena and an aquatic centre under one roof. The swimming facilities are excellent. One caveat though, the gender neutral change rooms are on the small side. With only 4 booths, it can get very congested during family oriented swimming events.

Behind the complex are beautiful trails in the woods for hiking (during the summer) and for snow shoeing and skiing during the winter. You can 'rent' skis or show shoes free of charge from the complex.
