Beautiful farmers market with lots of great vendors. There's food trucks and live music, and a kids table with drawing/treasure hunt. They have tables to sit at and enjoy food from the trucks or vendors. Great place to support local and enjoy feeling part of a community. Wholesome is the vibe

Plenty of space at the exhibition grounds where the market currently is. A great place to do your grocery shopping. So many amazing farmers with fresh and beautiful produce and fruits. There's also another section of the market which has craft/artisanal vendors too.

Our #1 stop for food shopping!! I love the fact that we can chat to the local farmers about how they raise their livestock or grow their produce. Even though many are not certified as organic, most of them practise organic farming, and these are the friendly folks whom we buy from. 50 Weeks a year I visit the Farmers Market on a Saturday morning - wouldn't miss it (they're closed for 2 Weeks over Xmas). We're very thankful that our Valley has such a diversified group of local farmers. Summer time they're at the Exhibition Grounds on Saturday Mornings (Downtown Courtenay on Wednesday Afternoons), but everyone moves indoors in Fall and Winter to the Native Sons' Hall

Not super thrilled about parking or the lack there of.

Dogs are not allowed in this outdoor open air market.

Nice market to help support locals.

Nice family day? Nope, walked all the way from Woodcote to the market to pick up some deliciousness.
Baby was allowed in, but not the dog.
All the vendors along the fence that I talked to said it was voted in but they didn’t agree. Stupid, every one in Vic allows dogs.
The whole city is anti dog, not a single dog park in the city. If you go near a field with a dog that shirt bi laws guy comes at ya. Bad experience. I vote the organizer of this market sucks.

If you are in comox valley on a Saturday, this is a must visit. It’s a lively atmosphere with live music. We picked up some bread from Honey Grove bakery (loved it), some Raven’s moon cider (so delicious), some vegetables and roasted garlic tomato soup concentrate and had so much eating it all during our stay.

Such a charming little market with everything you could ever need! Local fresh meat, cheese, baked goods, veggies, spirits... the list goes on. They have live music and a little seating area. Dog and kid friendly. 100% staple for every Saturday morning!

So many incredible vendors in one place. Farm fresh produce. Delicious baked goods. Meat, personal care products, canned goods. It's all here. The vendors are all lovely people and you can tell the market organizers care about the community. I shop here first before shopping at the grocery store.
