I changed my review from 5 to 3 star, when looking at the whole brand it’s always a hit & miss. The juices I could not drink with the amount of sugar just ruins your palette, I ended up tossing them, even when you mix it with water-the flavor is still sugar. The sauces are ok, most don’t have much flavor-either too sweet, or spicy.I did not care for the BBQ honey mustard sauce 2.5/5. Their Jerk seasoning is good but I still prefer Grace brand. Garlic, Pepper & Herbs seasoning is really nice on just about anything. The fish & meat sauce is fine nothing different from the other Caribbean brands.

Caribbean Spice is not normally my go to choice for spices when cooking or prepping food. That being said, Cool Runnings spices, sauces, and marinades are so delicious that I now think of them every time that I am cooking. They have easily become my go to choice for adding a little something extra at mealtime.

The spices and sauces go perfectly with rice bowls as well as cooking meats. They have a spice for everything, the quality is great, and I was impressed with how many unique and specialty sauces and spices they have as well.

I am a big fan of Cool Runnings, and can recommend them 5 stars without any hesitation!

I wanted to share how this company went above and beyond to fulfill my order and how truly appreciative I am for them doing so!! I was placed a fairly large size order online to be delivered to my home. Unfortunately, the box arrived damaged with items missing. I reached out to the company’s customer service team and without hesitation a shipment of replacement items were headed my way!! Imagine my utter disappointment when I learned that the second shipment was damaged as well and being held by the shipper…unbelievable right. Well, I reached back out to Jason and Paul and once again without hesitation here comes my replacement items! Well I received the box today with a few extra goodies Thank You Very Much!! I have ordered from this company in the past. But after this they have earned a lifetime customer!! Blessings to You All!!

Been using the dry mix Jerk Seasoning for about a year now and the family loves it. Easy to make great Jerk with a marinade of lime juice and Jerk powder and let sit - the longer the better. It is not too spicy at all.

Just started making my version of rice and peas using their Caribbean Spice and Roasted Garlic dry mix. About a tablespoon of mix per cup of rice. Per cup of rice, replace a quarter cup of water with a quarter can of their Cool Runnings canned coconut milk, add some beans and you're done. It is a bit spicy but not too bad - but it has an amazing taste.

I don't work for the company but have reached out to them as I had some product and availability questions. They are very approachable should you want to reach out!

I have purchased Cool Runnings products for a few years now and I have enjoyed the great flavours and I have come to trust the consistent quality. Recently I have discovered that Cool Runnings has a Coconut Milk Powder and I love this product. Just a couple of tablespoons makes for rich, flavourful soup, sauce, or coconut rice, and I will definitely recommend and continue to purchase this product.
I had been puzzled that it is described as an alternative to dairy but the label indicates "contains milk." I emailed the company and got a response the same day as follows: "The Cool Runnings Coconut Milk Powder declares “Sodium caseinate”. It is the most common form of “Casein” used in food products. Casein, is the major protein found in dairy milk (milk from cows). This product contains milk/ dairy as an ingredient ” Sodium caseinate”.
Since some consumers are allergic to milk protein, it is required to be labelled as an allergen in Canada. 'Contains: Milk.'"

This is why the Cool Runnings brand means so much to me and I always look for their name in any store that I go.
