The process of setting up the policy with Marlo was straightforward and quick. It’s always hard to judge an insurance company until you go through the claims process though. Unfortunately I had to this week. The claim was processed and paid out within 2 days. Very impressive service!

Don't even bother trying to organise insurance unless you are willing to wait over 3 hours on the phone just for them to tell you that they are closing soon and to call back in 3 days once the weekend is over. Tried calling twice and each time waited 3 hours before having to go to work or having them hangup on me. What a joke.

We needed to insure a vehicle today and tried to go in person in the office for auto insurance, they said they only do auto insurance over the phone. I waited on hold for over two and a half hours and they hung up on me. Would not recommend coming here for insurance. Very unprofessional and not respectful of clients time or needs.
