Waterproof shoes are must. Trail is fairly easy but if it has been raining there will be mud and jumping on rocking logs or walking on planks. Walking sticks would be helpful for those parts just if your balance isn’t amazing. But would be useless otherwise cuz half of the trail you walk on rocks. Also at one point the bridge is broken, so you kinda have to walk across on a dam - that’s fun… or not. Not always obvious where to go because the markings are far apart if you go from the north. Closer to the end it’s better marked.
Other than that trail is very nice and love the views. There are few benches where you can enjoy views over the lakes, but they fell apart.

Coopers Falls is a very scenic hike, but there are some technical spots. The bridge is out, but there is a path of some boards that were put down on top of the beaver dam. Might be a bit challenging to get across, but some hiking poles will help with balance. One thing there are sections of the trail that are not marked very well, but there are inukshuks to help guide you. Other areas there are white and red lines on the rocks along with trail markers. Make sure you carry enough water and take a lunch and sit on some of the out crops for a very scenic lunch.

It was a beautiful trail and ends up to a afew ponds, where Theo swam. I do not recommend you swim in there as we could see it was full of giant leaches, bring proper shoes, after rain many parts of the trail was fully flooded and super muddy. Make sure you bug sprayed yourself properly as mosquitoes were heavily populated and they were not kind to us. The trail has lots of hard slopes and climbs, I do not recommend it if you’re looking for a easy trail, Misch pushed in even tho she was pregnant 7.5 months but we do lots of hikes all the time. Honestly if it wasn’t for the mud and flooded trail it was fun trail.

Beautiful back country hike with great parking. Careful, though. The trail can be very narrow and a bit overgrown at times but just keep going, these sections aren't long.

Hiked this trail for the first time today. I would definitely classify it as a more intermediate trail rather than an entry level trail as it was rather challenging. Now, that may just be me as I recently had acl reconstruction surgery and haven’t gone out hiking much.

This trail is unique as it packs so much in a single trail, from a dirt section to a forest section up to some beautiful rock faces and everything in between it’s definitely one to check out.

One thing worth noting though, parking is very limited, if I counted right there was maybe enough room for 8 cars in the lot however in the middle of summer on a Sunday with great weather the lot wasn’t full so I’d say you’ll still be safe just make sure you pack some water and snacks!

Beautiful trail, dog friendly, lots of climbing uphill and then on the way back some downhills because the trail isn’t a loop. After rain the trail is slippery and can be dangerous, so wearing proper shoes can help. Benches are placed occasionally near the lakes you hike by. There are plank-bridges over the more swampy areas, however some are broken and not as sturdy as you would hope. Still, amazing place and very soothing views.

Good and bit moderate cardio if doing this trail. Parking are very limited on side we started the hike maybe have more on another end of trail. It was first hike after few months break so i feel little tired over all good walk in the nature. Sceneries are average tough.

It was raining but most of the trail is covered by the canopy. Lots of elevation changes, roots and rocks. Can get slippery so hiking poles are helpful.
