The Costco employees that present food and drink samples throughout the store do awesome work. Amongst this stellar crew is Mark who absolutely breaks me up with laughter with his comments and sales pitch. Makes my day in an already pleasant, well managed store. Kudos!

This Costco is just the best, we had a tire dramatically fall off our trailer pulling out of the Costco gas station and the shop crew were so nice.

They let us borrow their mega sized car Jack for hours while we looked for a replacement tire.

Add that to the fact they’ve always had good products, great service and lovely staff and you can’t get better than this Costco.

Costco is the shopping experience we all know. But try working there. It is a terrible experience. They accuse you of missing shifts when you did not, they promise you things that never happen, they entice you to apply for internal postings that you never get, all that based on a stupid seniority rule. They are not willing to reward potential but rather stick to stupid rules. Honestly, working at costco sucks. It is a cold environment where people barely acknowledge each other. You go to the staff room and everyone is like a robot, on their phone, ignoring each other. Honestly, not worth it. I rather get paid less and work somewhere I am valued.

Went to the gas bar at 9:30 am to fill up to leave the island back to Alberta. The gas price was good compared to other prices in the area. No line up at that time! Lol so I give that 5 🌟's

Overall shopping experience was the best I've had in BC in 10 years. The elderly lady behind the food concession at 1pm today however, might consider retirement, soon. Probably the rudest Costco employee I've ever encountered. My wife inadvertently forgot onions for our dogs, so I went back to get a couple of containers. I waited patiently until she brought an order to the counter and only asked for onions after that customer picked up his order. The look and attitude I was given for the simple request was as if I had kidnapped her first born male child. If you're not happy at your (from all I've been told) good job, it's time to quit. I've worked retail and I know how difficult some days are. If I was making an unusual request, I could possibly warrant that attitude. It certainly wasn't warranted in my case.

I was shopping at Costco and asked an employee a question. She was rude, couldn't answer it, and responded with, 'What makes you think the product is in the store?' Her name was Jannece, wearing a red shirt. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that’s not how a customer should be treated. It reflects poorly on the store’s standards. I don’t know who hired her, but experiences like this can really hurt the store’s reputation.

It is a literal mall under that roof. From it great gas prices to the FREE samples it is a pretty good store. Being able to by thing in bulk is quite nice. I would not go to the glasses centre because I feel as if the highballed me

Costco is great for bulk purchases, especially for specialty items like Almond Flour and different protein drinks. The only thing that is an issue is the insane parking and the line ups for the isles. People tend to block shoppers from entering at the pharmacy or isles in that area when they are waiting in line as they are “worried” other people will cut in line. It’s a bit absurd. Management should put lines on the floor and have self-checkout staff ask folks in the line up to stop blocking shoppers from entering the lanes. If you don’t mind the crowds, it’s a great place to grab all your family bulk items.
