This is my second time taking my pups to Country Kennels. My first experience was in need of a kennel due to a death in the family. My go to kennel never returned my call so I started to look through the kennels in our area. You know when you are researching and you get that feel good moment. Well I did, gave them a call. Unfortunately they only had room for one of my pups. That I could work with. Booked in Shadow. Upon drop off I was given a tour and completely fell in love with the place. Staff are amazing and the country setting with all the space for my dogs to run. I recommend this kennel to anyone that is in need of excellent care. For me it is a 2 hour round trip but worth it. Ask about perks which today are few and far between. Country Kennels has a customer for life. Thank you to the management and staff for being excellent care givers.

I had an ongoing issue & needed my cats to stay together. I understand the hours of work & dedication. Most frequent was their love of the animals, it was obvious they took great time & patience.
I've never had to kennel my animals & I was quite a pain, I imagine
They treated us all so well, I was updated, communication is above and beyond. The staff are friendly and professional, but also compassionate & comforting.
I would absolutely recommend " Country kennels bed & Biscuit" to anyone looking for a safe & loving place to kennel their cats or dogs.
I can't say enough about the quality of care the entire staff share.

We used Country Kennels for our dog on a recent family vacation. They were easy to book our dog's stay and they gave us a tour of their kennel. We feel that our dog was well looked after and their rates were reasonable. Our dog was taken for walks and if you wanted photos were posted on the web site for you to check out. If you wanted to talk to them while you are away they would respond and answer your questions.

Pricing was fair and easy to book. We love how transparent they are with their facility and how they will be caring for your pet while you are away. They do a great job understanding your individual dog and their personal needs, personalities and routine. Had a couple miss communications but they were rectified quickly. Will be taking our puppy back. Thank you!

We have recently relocated to Edmonton, and had to find a place to board our 2 beagliers on short notice. Country Kennels provided excellent care of our dogs for a week and one of our dogs had recently had surgery and they managed his medications and gave leash walks as perscriped by vet. We definitely will be bringing our dogs back in the future.

We were very happy with the care our Knox received while he was at the kennel. The facility was clean and tidy and our pup came home healthy and well cared for. Special thanks to Kerry for taking the extra time to make sure Knox was comfortable during his first away from home stay (and easing my anxiety for leaving him!) Kerry and all of the staff recognized and worked with Knox's anxiety and fear. We were amazed Knox was able to be out with the staff within a day of being there. Kerry and staff kept us up to date with pictures and videos. We would definitely recommend this facility to others.

This was our first experience with Country Kennels and it absolutely won't be our last. We needed someone to take care of our two dogs while we took a short notice trip to NS for a family emergency. We had a lot to worry about and we needed to know our dogs were exercised, safe, and content. After a quick tour we felt confident our two large dogs would be well cared for. We were forced to extend our trip for 3 days and it wasn't a problem, even when they ran out of our food, the Country Kennels team ensured our dogs were fed and cared for every step of the way. We are so thankful for their flexibility and genuine care for our animals. It was like sending them to summer camp, and we could tell immediately they were in good hands. They had a blast and we have peace of mind when life happens and we need to travel. Thank you to the entire Country Kennels team!! They sent us these photos and they help us confirm that they're not anxious and having fun.

Country Kennels took our reactive dog with no hesitation. When we picked them up I have never seen our pups so calm and happy!! I would recommend this place without blinking an eye and our 2 boys will be back!!
