If you could rate 0 stars I would. But in the end they earned the 1 star for fast pickup (only if they were this prompt and professional at the start).
We ordered a washer from them to be delivered on Monday. We waited all day and we heard nothing from them. We had to call them, where they said they would send someone over right away. 30 minutes later two boys show up.
By this time it was a long day. On top of that we were grieving over our close family members recent passing.
The two boys couldn't figure out how to move the washer in the laundry room. My grandmother unknown to me tried helping them and got hurt. By the time I saw this, I told her to leave it to them. Then the boys are like "we will come back tomorrow to do this". They left the washing machine and packing in the kitchen.
Then a man I've never met comes storming onto the property unannuonced and not invited. Starts screaming at me as he walks into my personal space. He stands over me (as I'm sitting) still yelling. It was when I stood up to him telling him his behaviour was disrespectful. He left, leaving my family and I upset. Later I find out it was a "manager" name "Wade" who was unprofessional.
After 2 days, we hear nothing. No apologies. No attempts to make things right. We have to call them to remove the washer, and they did.
I know they do things differently in small towns, but that in-your-face "customer service" was uncalled for.
