Manque d'ombre vu le manque d'arbres, mais bon !

This is our 5th year staying at this KOA campground but probably our last. Unfortunately they are under new management with all new staff. The prices have increased but quality has decreased. The office/store hours change daily due to staffing issues, making it impossible to purchase items when needed. They no longer have a full time camp host on site. You rarely see any maintenance people in the park. We've been here 9 days and the grass in our site has not been cut. Weeds are everywhere and the watering is inconsistent. We've had to pull weeds ourselves to make our site enjoyable. On a more positive note, the washrooms and laundry room are very clean and having access to the resort facilities is great. This campground is in a beautiful area and has great potential. KOA is going to lose a lot of long term clients at this location unless things change for the better. We wish Richard and his team were still running things

After several long days on the road, we decided to treat ourselves to what we thought would be a relaxing stay at this KOA near Cranbrook, based on their many positive reviews and the very appealing website photos of the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, our experience was a huge letdown.||First impressions weren’t bad—the sites seemed spacious for a KOA, with full hookups—but things quickly went downhill. After we signed their lengthy disclaimer forms, the receptionist casually mentioned that the pool and hot tub were out of service and had been for quite some time. This was frustrating, as it would have been nice to know before booking. We felt misled.||The worst part of our stay, however, came at 4:30 a.m. when we were jolted awake by rotating lawn sprinklers intermittently blasting both sides of our RV with what felt like a high-pressure hose. Unlike a steady rain, the spray was erratic, loud, and extremely disruptive, making it impossible to sleep. The sprinklers continued for a full hour, soaking everything, and there was nothing we could do to stop them. The restful night we had hoped for was completely ruined.||When we went to the office to voice our concerns and request a partial refund, the manager was conveniently "unavailable." Despite repeated attempts to contact her, we never heard back, and the receptionist’s promise of a follow-up call or email went unfulfilled.||On top of everything, the sites offer no shade, and the overall atmosphere felt poorly managed, with some questionable long-term residents hanging around. For the steep price of $88 a night, this was simply not worth it.||The positive reviews you see here likely reflect the previous management, so be sure to check more recent reviews on other sites like Google before booking. KOA should be ashamed of how this place is run under its new management.||Do yourself a favor and avoid this KOA.

Beware. The CEO will not replace the Manager to save money. They have not done maintenance on the electrical - in the heat we couldn't run our AC because instead of 50amp service - which we paid for - we were getting 30amp. You have to argue with Staff to get any service - grass watered and cut etc. Parties going all night, no one on site. KOA Corporate should be ashamed to give them the franchise.

Unbelievably beautiful park, with stunning mountain views. The public spaces like laundry and showers are immaculately maintained, and the staff are incredible. We ended up being late to check in and the staff (I assume it was the owner we spoke with) was so patient and kind towards us and stayed late to check us in. Absolutely wonderful stay, you will not be sorry if you book here!

The KOA RV campsite is well-maintained and clean. They have a nice swimming pool and playground for kids. There is a casino and a golf course nearby and it is within driving distance of many locations for sightseeing. You can hike along the river nearby. My only complaint is the lack of trees in the RV site itself. It is very open and there is little to no privacy.
