I called the number as I am looking for a small breed dog, and this place came up as a breeder. First, they didn't even answer the phone in a professional manner, (a good business answers professionally and states who they are, so there's no guesswork in who you called), however, this person answered rudely, and didn't state who it was so I thought it was a wrong number, at first, so now i am confused and flustered, cuz i expected them to state who they were, like most professional businesse do....but she rudely went on asking what I wanted, ("what do'ya want" and in very rude tone), and now I am thrown off cuz from the first couple seconds it was made very clear that they had no real interest in answering someone's inquiry, and i was flabbergasted at the rudeness, (and I just had to put my dog down a few days ago, so rudeness is the last thing to experience when dealing with losing one pet and getting another) .... Secondly, professional people dont hang up, rudely, in the middle of a question, and not even say goodbye, good luck, or whatever, just hung up in the middle of a question....if that's how they treat a potential customer, I sincerely hope they treat their animals way better, because personally, as i have experined in my 50 years on earth, that a business lacking professionalism usually lacks in multiple areas, js......very disappointed in the experience in just a simple phone call, and really left a bad taste for any breeder I call now, cuz who wants to be treated poorly when ur trying to find a new pup and stil mourning the other one?
