Called on Monday, Sam the man came on Thursday, fixed the problem in a hour and a half, gave me a great education on my heating system, bill came the following week, less than expected. Very happy and pets are happy to have warm floors. 10/10

I've used them before but this time I keep waiting for a call back, I left a voicemail, no response so I gave the expected follow-up, she said she would call me back that same day, nothing. 1-2 weeks later I called back and was told the exact same thing, I quote "I'll check with our technician and assure me she would call me back today and let me know where they were at on the "list" of which they never told me I was on so still unclear if the technician even knows about me or they want the job. It is unfortunate as I hate leaving reviews but if you say you are going to call back do so otherwise tell me to call back if that's is what's needed.

Our pipes were frozen.
A young plumber from D. Bauer came out to Taylor for a few hours, got the water going and charged us over $800.!!!
Two days later, the pipes were frozen again.
I called a different plumber.
This slightly older plumber came out and quickly determined that electricity was not reaching the material that was wrapped around our pipes.
He established an electrical connection by plugging into a different outlet.
We had water flowing again within an hour.
Weeks later, the pipes have stayed unfrozen.
He charged me $93 which included much advice.
- I made an in-person visit to D.Bauer and asked to speak to a supervisor.
Two weeks later, and even though I was assured that I would be contacted, they seem to be ignoring me. I certainly do feel like a valued customer. I feel like I have been ripped off.
They were 10 times more expensive and did not fix the problem.
Use a different plumber.

Terrible customer service and will not take accountability for any problem that they cause, leaving the customer out tons of $$$ and having to find another to fix the problem. They create more of a hassle for anyone using them and I would recommend not even wasting time by calling them for business.

Had our furnace checked out before winter. In-home technician was very friendly and helpful. The office staff that dealt with billing were also very friendly. Rates were reasonable. We'll have them back soon to add a common wire for our furnace thermostat.

Nothing showed

As i called, they said fire evacuation

I figured ok cool

The next day there workers said they never stopped and they had 2 individuals in town doing calls yet refused

They told me to call back for the third time
Or go somewhere else
