Great place when the owner is there. He seems to keep everyone in check and the place organized. Knows what he's talking about when it comes to metals.

Most of the staff is pretty great except whoever the grumpy old woman at the front is. seems to thinks she is someone who is of importance, even tho unless she is interrogating people and withholding deposits, she's nowhere to be found other than on her phone and doesn't seem to be very useful or knowledgeable. Best just to go whenever the owner Jeremy is there if you have metals

Dropped off bottles at 9:30 they had no cash to hand out to anyone. Now 10:00 and a dozen people waiting around for cash. Still taking more bottles unable to give anyone money. Not forwarding ppl of there issues. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Get your poop in a group or close the doors and put a note up.

staff is always friendly, and quick. Also don't make you feel like a dolt if you put something in thinking it's something you can recycle but cannot.

the only thing i;d one star is the patrons, been witness to few who must be a real treat to deal with in everyday life, prayers go out to their families...and im not religious.

Every experience I have had until my last have been very pleasant. There was a rude girl with a monster energy sweater on that was very demanding and made me sort my cans. If you don't like your job you shouldn't have one 🤷

Got completely hosed on copper here. Went in with 32 kg of copper wire, got $45. Receipt did not include a company name or logo. Either company or employees here are ripping people off, do not recommend.

Very clean and organized, establishment, friendly, and poliet staff! Also they have fish! so weirdly out of place but cool to check them out!

Came there 30min before closing and they wouldn't take my 6 bags of pop cans because they needed half hour of cleaning. What a joke and rude people at the front. Checked their hours when open online, travelled from out of town so disappointed.
