We recently had a very difficult stay at the hospital where my wife had a C-section, however our little boy was born with known defects and couldn’t sustain life, the entire staff was absolutely wonderful and caring and I believe we couldn’t have had better treatment anywhere else in the world. It may be an old building with fewer amenities but the quality of the people more then made up for it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I recently had to stay at the hospital due to a infection in my left leg. Everyone I encountered was very caring and supportive.

From my first visit in registration to triage and my time in the emergency department before being admitted into the hospital all of the staff were helpful from the ER to lab and X-RAY staff

Dr. Remi as my attending physician was nothing short of incredible, I’d love to have him as a family physician. Nurses Allison, Phoebe, Sophie, Pam, (and a few others I can’t recall their names) lab assistants who drew blood work, physiotherapists who got me up and walking around everyday. While staying in the hospital isn’t the most enjoyable thing the staff sure make sure you’re getting the best care

Had to go into emergency and the nurses all listened and were very attentive to my symptoms, the emergency doctor on shift was very nice and thorough. I have never encountered any issues at this hospital.

My experience with Dr. Remi at this hospital was nothing short of appalling. His attitude was shockingly unprofessional and downright dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns with any semblance of care or expertise, he arrogantly told me to “go to a clinic or find a family doctor,” followed by the condescending remark, “You’re not going to die; just take Advil if you’re in pain.”

Such behavior is unacceptable for someone in the medical profession. Patients come to the hospital seeking guidance and relief, not to be rudely dismissed as though their concerns are insignificant. Dr. Remi’s lack of empathy, coupled with his dismissive and arrogant demeanor, reflects poorly on this institution.

It’s baffling how someone with such a poor attitude towards patient care holds a position in this hospital. Management needs to reassess their hiring practices and ensure that their staff not only have the required medical expertise but also the basic decency to treat patients with respect. I sincerely hope no other patient has to endure such a demeaning experience.

I know so many people that should be certified but are released from the ward right away mentally unwell. Even after they try to kill themselves or hurt others. My friend punched me in the face for literally no reason and they released him the next day and he's Schizophrenic and very delusional with toe nails failing off from walking outside with no shoes. I didn't receive any calls or information from the police about pressing charges not that I'd want to but very unprofessional as well. He's been off his medication for around 2 years and hasn't even seen his psychiatrist in over a year so I don't know who's deeming them mentally fit. Suck a joke. You aren't helping people at all and need more anecdotal experience and education obviously.

I went in because I was nervous about muscle pains and twitches and some other weird body issues. Dr Duplexes was so kind and patient with me. She went through all the steps to do an EKG and bloodwork to make sure everything was working right. The nurses were very lovely and made me feel safe.
