Hotel de passage. Typique Amérique du Nord

Expensive room. Poor shape, needs some renovations or at the very least better maintenance. 200 bucks a night for a basic room in poor condition is a joke. The bathroom is in ooor condition, the carpets are dark and o by and look stained. There’s one small chair in the “suite”. You can hear everything in the hallway. The bed was at least comfortable and it was clean. That’s about it.

I enjoyed staying here. I would definitely be back . Rooms are clean ,nice view , big screens TV, quiet ,complementary breakfast , people very polite, especially front desk very helpful, kind ,always smiling, kitchenettes. Camp ground always full , .thank you to all the staff excellent job . Keep up the good work .

Definitely could of been cleaner. Airport next door. Choppers taking off all hours. Next to highway. Usual big rig noises. Super nice staff. Free Tasty breakfast.

The young lady working front desk in the evening’s is wonderfully pleasant. Any request you may have she tries her hardest to accommodate you. One suggestion, the heavy black out drapes are a little too long. With them closed they block the air conditioning unit. This hampers it’s ability to cool the room. Maybe install a rope from either side to pull the curtain in so the air conditioning unit can blow freely or shorten up the curtain. This will help your establishment save money on electricity.

I stayed here for three weeks for business purposes. The room was okay at first glance. But has a lot of minor issues. The water smells like stale pond water, the breakfast they serve is rotten most days. Rotten apples and spoiled milk. They also accused me of smoking in my room because I had a pack of cigarettes on my table. If you’re working in Chetwynd. Don’t stay in this hotel.
