It’s unfortunate to say that this place is going down hill with the new management and numerous good workers, knowledgeable people decided to part ways with the company and moved on. This place relies on foreign workers and students but with the current changes to LMIA’s and work permits, surely not long these people gonna go home. It’s always noisy, wet (it floods every now and then) and very cold in winter time, unbearable smell of rotting fish during the summer. Pay is ranging from $19-22 for new hires. Jeff is a “clique” type of boss everyone is under his radar. There are over 30 plus people that left this place so dont even waste your time applying here if you value yourself.
