Meilleure expérience pour faire du skidoo à Yellowknife, ce tour est définitivement un 10/10.

Leon (le propriétaire et le guide) nous a amener dans sentiers en toute sécurité et c’était vraiment une expérience inoubliable.

Débutant ou intermédiaire, je recommande définitivement ce tour à tous. C’était notre deuxième expérience de skidoo à Yellowknife et celui-ci était 10 fois supérieur au premier.

Si vous êtes à Yellowknife et êtes à la recherche d’une expérience en skidoo, Destination NWT Limited est la meilleure option à Yellowknife.

I enjoyed the hotel shuttle pickup. I enjoyed the combination of free riding on the frozen lake and tour-guided trail riding through the trees. I enjoyed the riding instructions, heated (anti-fog) helmets, boots, gloves, needed winter gear, and the heated handlebars on the snowmobile. All pluses.

My only negatives were 2 things:
1) the heated handlebars were too hot, both mine and my wife's; and
2) when my wife mentioned this at the end of our ride, the tour operator rudely snapped back and said, "well, your engine was overheating. Why didn't you tell me sooner!" My wife and I thought, "well, this is our first time on a snowmobile with heated handlebars. How would we know?!" The proper response would've been, "oh, I'm sorry (for the malfunction.) I wish you could've told me sooner so that I could fix it, or exchange snowmobiles. I'm sorry for the inconvenience."

But since the dude snapped back at my wife, I can't give 5-stars. I still had a fun time and would recommend it.

I also wished they offered walkie talkies to better communicate with the tour operator. There were 2 incidents where this would be helpful: 1) I could've asked for help right away when my wife drove off the trail and got stuck in a deep patch of snow. Or 2) when I couldn't restart the engine when I had to disconnect from the snowmobile to retrieve my fallen cellphone (fell from snowmobile cellphone mount.) I forgot that I was supposed to pull up on the red stop button to restart. Luckily my friend rode by and helped. I had been trying to flag down the tour operator for about 5-10 min, but he couldn't see my visual SOS.

So minus 1 star for yelling at my wife. Haha. I could be meaner, but I think this is a fair review.

I had the best time snowmobiling with Destination NWT! I booked the 2pm tour which included a visit to the ice caves. The scenery and trails were so beautiful. Our guide was fantastic and made this a great opportunity for beginners to feel comfortable on snowmobiles.

I'm not much of an adrenaline seeker and yhe snowmobile was a great experience for me and for those who were looking for some speed! Leon explained everything we needed to know and kept making sure we were all safe. He even offered to take some pictures of us. We visited three different lakes with trails and had some time to run free too. Tgey lent appropriate winter clothing to those without the right apparel. The helmets and handles are heated which made this very enjoyable in -14C. I'm so glad I did this with this company.

남자사장님 정말 친절하시고 설명도 잘해주세요!!!
(운전 방법이랑 안전에 대해서 길게 꽤 공들여서 설명해주셔서 영어듣기 어려우면 힘들 수도 있는데 생각보다 조작법은 간단합니다!)
1인 1스키두 탈 수 있고, 루트도 단조롭지 않고 계속 새로운 장소를 달려서 질리지 않아요! 업다운도 있어서 스릴 좋아하시는 분도 충분히 즐길 수 있어요!
저는 무서운 놀이기구 전혀 못타는 사람이라 초반에 좀 무서웠는데 익숙해지면 주변 풍경도 둘러보면서 즐길 수 있어요! 풍경이 너무 이뻐요!!
천천히 온다구 재촉하시거나 그런거 전혀 없어서 본인의 속도로 즐기시면 됩니다!
함께하신 외국 어르신들도 정말 좋아하셨습니다!

재밌었어요. 다른 곳에서는 해보지 않았기 때문에 비교하긴 어렵지만, 충분히 즐겁고 재밌는 경험이었습니다.
픽업 장소로 사진 속 검은 버스가 옵니다. 버스에 업체명이 작게 써있으니 잘 보고 타세요.
제가 영어를 잘 못해도 설명을 상세히 해줘서 알아 듣기 어렵진 않았고, 생각보다 타는 것이 어렵지 않았어요. 처음에 조금 무서웠는데 익숙해지니 재밌더라구요.
사장님이 시무 리우라는 배우 닮았어요. 이건 저만의 생각일지도..ㅋ
어쨌든 추천입니다.

昨晚導遊Forres接送我們完成奇妙的極光夜晚！期間導遊清晰講解黃刀鎮歷史和極光各種知識，追極光、豪華木屋、原住民帳篷、冰湖上拍極光，最後一站到了黃刀鎮地標，極光也賞臉的給我們在最佳位置展現她美麗的姿態，好導遊決定了旅行的品質，這是難忘且愉快的夜晚！
