At self checkout it would help if the odd looking older gentleman would stop having conversations with people and help customers. Especially when there are 5 people who are having issues.

Went into this store 4 times this week to pick up cold cuts from deli - no one there every time I went in. I asked someone to page them and waited and waited- no one showed up. Went to customer service and surprise no one was there either.

Prices of everything is really getting absurd (corporate issue). Alot of times the product item I am looking for is not in stock (this island). Man who watches self check outs basically harasses everybody. If I see him there, I will stand in a line up for a cashier for 20 minutes as he will litterally ruin my overall experience. Overall, the store is well managed to the best of their ability.

Had a hot meal last night. All was good except the naked wings. It is the second time that i have had them lately. Like the last time, the small wings were over cooked. The chicken that dried out you couldn't eat them. Wont be buying again. I use to enjoy the plain battered wings.

Would you like an example of how to make a store totally uninviting and making you feel like a criminal. This IS THE store. I havent been in a Dominion lately, but holy moly this one is horrible. Usually there are deals in the front entrance, nope just carts and entry gates. You cannot cross over to customer service due to a fence. To leave the store you have to go through a gate at the self check out. Wow, just wow I don't think any store has made me feel like a criminal except this one. If other Dominions are like this I advise shipping elsewhere. If theft is this much of a concern maybe you need to relocate the store.
