I was just driving, but my daughter pointed out that there was a place that looked fun, so we stopped by. Normally, I would keep going, but since we were on a trip, I decided to listen to my daughter. I was actually glad that I did because my husband, daughter, and I all enjoyed this place. The maze was really fun, and feeding the goats was an amazing experience! We also got airbrush tattoos for free! I would recommend this place for those who have some kids, and like adventure!

The staff were friendly with some rules. My kids liked the lambs and chicks. The maze was so fun but you should never let little kids be alone. Also the air brush tattoos were so fun. My son really want an elephants. Overall 10/10

The petting zoo is a great place to spend time with young kids. It's mainly kids of preschool age to under 10, with their parents or grandparents. The vast majority of kids/families are well-behaved, but there's always a few who don't feel the need to watch their children and make sure they're playing and interacting with the animals safely.
The staff are great. They are very good with both the children and adults. They were very friendly and welcoming, but also able to easily remind everyone of the rules and expectations (without talking down to anyone).
The maze is a lot of fun, but should definitely be accompanied by an adult. The room that you need to go through with the hanging pool noodle obstacles is genius. Such a smart way to do it, and the kids love it.
The free airbrush tattoos are such a fun bonus! An extra tattoo is only $2, which is totally reasonable.
I have 2 suggestions for visitors to be aware of, and that the staff might want to think about changing.
1) I'd strongly suggest that they have a warning at the maze entrance about the dragons at the dead ends. The dragons are just tiny cute stuffies, but they roar quite loudly from a speaker underneath them that is prompted by a motion sensor. The noise can definitely scare the kiddos, especially if they aren't expecting it.
2) the airbrush tattoos: the artist is be wearing a mask, and they should have much better filtration/air flow in there. If a parent gets a headrush from the fumes when just watching their child get tattooed, I can't imagine how bad it is to be in there all day. Or even for the kids who get multiple tattoos!

This is such an amazing family friendly place with so many activities to do for kids including an interactive petting zoo (where you actually go into the area with the goats, ducks, chickens and rabbits:), a hedge maze that is actually quite challenging for adults too (can't just follow the right wall - won't work), 25 flavors of spectacular ice cream, a free air tattoo, and these random games set up like mini golf and archery stations. My 6 year old spent 3 hours!

We went after May long weekend and had a fabulous time. Everyone was knowledgeable about the animals and very friendly. They helped make our first experience a memorable one. Being in the off season we were able to spend more time with all the animals and not feel rushed. My 4 year old daughter loved the ducks and her tattoo and I can't wait to bring her back. Next time we will have an ice cream to follow at the market next door as they hadn't opened yet for the season when we visited the Farm.
