We just picked up Gus (an Australian Labradoodle), which is our second doodle from Doodlelane. We got our first dog Jasper (a Goldendoodle) in 2012 and he has been awesome!

Linda was good at getting back to us and accommodating with our schedule. She let us visit and watch the dogs play for well over an hour or so we could see their interactions. We felt the dogs were well cared for and Linda showed affection towards all of them.

We can’t speak for the experience of others, but we are very happy with Linda and Doodlelane. We have recommended her to people in the past and will continue to do so for anyone looking for a doodle.

Our Hazel is the most perfect pooch! She’s nearly 4 now, but I wanted to commend Linda on the amazing job she does breeding her dogs. They have such sweet dispositions and are simply adorable. If you’re thinking of getting a puppy, I highly recommend Linda and her Labradoodles!

We paid a deposit for a standard (large) goldendoodle at Doodlelane at the start of the summer of 2021 - Linda said her next litter of goldendoodles would be a standard (large) size. They turned out to be mid-size, so we asked for our deposit back. We tried to contact her numerous times and she didn’t take or return our calls. She wouldn’t answer our emails either, just to get status updates on the puppies, even prior to asking for the money back, The answering machine would only answer with a click. So we are out the money and Linda is richer. Very bad and untrustworthy business practise. This would have been our second puppy from Doodlelane, our first one was great. We don’t know what happened, since 13 years ago we had a good experience. Don’t risk your money here, go somewhere else. We ended up finding an amazing goldendoodle puppy at Belmont Doodles, near Peterborough.

Beware of this breeder. If I could give no stars I would.

I reached out to Doodlelane in January 2021 with an application for a puppy. After several follow ups Linda indicated that she would place me on a waitlist for a puppy after recieving my $500 deposit. I sent her an etransfer.
After waiting for several months I followed up with her to find out an ETA for our puppy and recieved no response.
In early May our beloved dog passed away suddenly and we were devastated, especially my 9 year old son. I reached out to Linda but no response.
After much searching I was able to find a Doodle breeder who unexpectedly had one pick left in a litter and was moved by our loss.
I went back to Linda to ask for my deposit back. She refused stating that she did have a puppy we could have adopted and did not accept an responsibility for her lack of communication.

At this point I am still out my deposit for $500. I am posting this with the hopes that others can learn from my mistake. There are other less financially motivated breeders in Ontario with high quality Doodle puppies.

Linda is amazing with her dog's and puppies. I have my Thomas from her he is a amazing puppy and so sweet and well behaved. Thanks Linda it has been a amazing experience! I would highly recommend this place and her puppies 😍

We got our Puppy from her 4 months old and she said he is in perfect condition, we emailed her next day that he itches his ear too much and she said it’s fine, we took him to the vet clinic and it turned out he has serious ear infection and never had his ears cleaned at all since birth, paid 315 dollars, I sent her an email for composition and she ignored me and never replied.
Will never recommend her to anyone

Responding to M S, any dog can be larger or smaller than "estimated". 38 lbs. is still categorized as a small dog and weight being an issue will likely not be as important as time goes by 🙂 Our first dog from Linda was medium and clocked in at exactly 50-55 lbs. for most of her life and she could have turned out to be 80 lbs. and it wouldn't have been a big deal with all the happiness she gave us.
