They are liars. Buyers beware
Edit: Doug, you continue to lie and now you are slandering too? Let's get one thing straight first and foremost, and that is we were not upset the home was being sold? We were there for 11 years and grateful for our time there, and had an amazing relationship with our homeowner until you came along and lied to her about us, starting with that we were late for your first appointment. LIAR. You were the one lost and couldn't find the damn place and called me to tell me you were running late. FACT. Unfortunately the homeowner fell sick and needed to sell, and we were more than ok with moving on. As a matter of fact, we were moving on regardless anyway, as the homeowner can also tell you, so QUIT LYING!!! No move out report was refused to attend. We were sick, it was New Years Eve weekend, and you didn't want to wait until we were better. You bring up all these damages, yet we are the ones that staged the home for you to list for $950,000, so all those damages you mentioned still put a value at $950k, so the home was good enough for us to stage though? Hypocrite much? We have all the videos of our cleaning done prior as well, and we spent 3 days there. If you spent another 11 hrs, thats likely to get the home up to par to LIST FOR 950K LOL. Any "damages" you speak of was normal wear and tear after 11 years (and $320k in rent payments) Most of the stains in the carpet were already there, as the homeowner knows, and its on the lease, shall I post that here too? The carpets are also 18 years old! Been in there since 2006 when the home was built, so what do you expect? And again, you cleaned the carpets and clearly that worked out, as you didn't even remove them and still listed the house for $950k. Even the homeowner will tell you herself that we took great care of her home for 11 years. We spent our own money to pay for many many repairs over the years, and didn't bother the homeowner for much. From furnace issues year after year after year, to plumbing, broken dishwasher several times, a broken fridge that cost us hundreds of dollars in lost meats and freezer items, yard maintenance, gas stove issues, the list goes on....all paid for by US. "This is no longer the pristine property that it was before we moved in?" The pictures attached will prove otherwise. It absolutely is a pristine and beautiful home, and it should be for $950k! You continue to contradict yourself. We also qualified to buy this home back when it was only $750k, but due to other life plans at that time, we declined, as we were going to be leaving the province. Fast forward 5 years and through what has happened to our country with inflation, this home is now $950k, so not only do we NOT qualify, we didn't WANT TO QUALIFY lol, so excuse yourself sir, you are speaking lie after lie here. You also told my husband that the homeowner owed you all this money and she was avoiding you, which just shows your level of professionalism, or lack there-of. You totally threw her under the bus, just like you are doing to us now. We couldn't believe what we were hearing about the homeowner. Who are you to speak that way of your client Does Valerie know you speak this way of her? I will be sure to let her know. Does she still owe you money Doug? I suggest you quit lying or this will be escalated even further. Be better.
