His wife, Heather Saigle, C.C.O.A., is the office manager. She is outgoing and always helpful.
If you decide to get your eyeglass prescription(s) filled here, there is a nice selection of superb frames that Heather can expertly assist you with, as well as with specifics of available lenses and coatings.The costs are both reasonable and competitive. Mrs. Saigle makes the entire process easy and straightforward.

When you walk into the office, you are greeted and made to feel at home. The eye exam is given in a professional manner while still keeping you at ease. I've rarely seen such friendly and professional service in any business in any sector. I not only had a quality eye exam, but everything was explained to me, and I left with the perfect prescription, and a better understanding of how our eyes work. I've been playing phone tag back and forth with this place for a week now to make an appointment. Every single time I call, it goes to an answering machine but if you get a call back and aren't at your phone to answer it, you have to call them back just to get the answering machine again and hope that when they call you back that you're there to answer your phone. Because if not, you'll be stuck in this loop of leaving messages for each other. I will look elsewhere for an optometrist now. But please, my God, just hire someone to answer your phone!!!!!

Great experience every time. Dr. Saigle is very kind mannered, patient and thorough in his examinations. Referrals to specialists provided when needed, as was the case for me. Eyeglasses can be ordered in house. Mrs. S is also very helpful and cheerful!
