And I tell you one thing, these guys take customer service to another level They are open 7 days a week where the other guys with the big names are only open Monday to Friday. BUYER BEWARE! Our credit card was unknowingly saved in their system and they kept charging days after the service was completed! I called them to see why there are unauthorized charges. They made something up saying there was small pieces of garbage found in the bin I thoroughly checked myself and followed all their rules before passing it back to them! I even asked for video proof showing this garbage is in-fact being pulled out of my bin, they showed me a picture with a few bottles of water that was no where near my bin. I was like this wasn’t ours! They make things up so they can make more money that way and charge you without your authorization! I did some research and saw they’ve done this to multiple people previously. So I called them to get my money back but they kept refusing but after calling them out on their unethical practices they said they’ll only refund 50%! That’s insane why should I pay for this scam? I called my bank right away to report this as fraudulent activity and cancelled my card and they've issued a new one! Please be very careful this team is very sketchy and their “customer service” team (I spoke with Trisha) is VERY unprofessional and get very defensive and start yelling at you for calling them out. All friends and people from my community group will be warned about this place! And all the reviews on here look fake and purchased. Please be aware!
