Untrustworthy and inconsistent customer service. We clearly told Richard the machine would be used to clean food grease, and he confirmed there would be no extra charge. But when we returned it the next day, he tried to charge us for cleaning.

On top of that, the machine he recommended wasn’t even the right one for the job—we used it for less than 10 minutes. When we offered to clean it ourselves, he said that would count as an extra day rental, leaving us with no real options.

There was only minor grease in expected areas: the rotating scrub brush, vacuum tank, and a bit on the bottom—completely reasonable considering the intended use. Richard should have known this and factored cleanup into his recommendation instead of placing all the blame on us after the fact. Poor service and a frustrating experience.

I had a great experience renting tools here. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but overall, I’m very satisfied. A big thanks to the team!

Lots of everything that you might need for just about anything! I rent fancy tools here I would never buy for one-off projects and pick up a few things like their very handy ear protection and great quality N95 masks. The coffee is always nice on a cold morning. Helpful staff - don't be afraid to ask questions and get a quick tutorial on a complex tool.
