I had my first visit at the Co-op country store this week. I’m extremely new to owning ducks and hatched ducklings for the first time this week. The entire staff welcomed me and my ducklings with open arms! Chelsea and the rest of the team were super helpful and knowledgeable. She even went above and beyond by heating up the heating pad for my ducklings prior to getting back on the road. The intent was to get duck starter, I left with what I needed and found amazing size dog treats/bones at amazing prices! It was a great initial visit, I’ll def will be returning

Drive through venue makes getting fertilizer and lime a breeze. Pull through. Pay. Warehouse folks load your car while you sit. Easy peasy.

I purchased an order White Leghorns quite some time ago. The expected delivery date was May the 19 2021. I called the store May 18 2021 at 1034 AM to confirm pick up instructions as I never received an email from the store like I was told when I made the purchase. There was some confusion among the staff if there was an appointment time or to just pick up May 19 2021 between 0300 PM to 0500 PM. I ended up speaking to the manager (Justin I believe). I confirmed with him that I had to show up at the store May 19 2021 between 0300 PM and 0500 PM for pick up. I called the store May 19 2021 at 0908 AM to make sure nothing had changed as I was driving from several hours away. I ended up getting transferred twice and again ended up talking to the manager. He informed me that the store had tried calling me for two days to let me know that the order had come in May 18 2021 in the afternoon. I explained to him that I spoke to him personally yesterday. He stated that they had sold my order as they don't keep chicks as per the contract I signed. The worst part of the experience was the complete lack of accountability and organization. No hobby or commercial farmer needs this kind of impact to their operation. They did agree to refund the money and offered to move the order to August to which I declined. This was my first experience ordering chicks from this store as a friend suggested that they ordered chicks. It will be my last. My recommendation is to order directly from the hatcheries, don't take chances.

Run out of basic feed lol 😆 horrible management. The quality of the grower feed is below acceptable. Transferring to my hopper and noticed it is half powder from the processor.

Fantastic service each time I visit. You can Drive in and pay and pick up your supplies. Staff take the time to answer any questions you have.

Only good for basic feeds and even those they run out of on. Very limited stock of livestock supplies. Could be so much better.
