We have shopped at Ciardullo's for many years and have never been disappointed. We have a large garden and it holds many Ciardullo plants and trees and we have been thrilled with them all. This year I purchased 2 large planters from them and they are outstanding. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thankyou Ciardullos

I’ve been going to Ciardulla’s Garden Centre for 30 years. They have a wonderful selection of everything you could want for your garden including a large selection of fruit trees and bushes (this is the place for fruit trees!). They also sell a wide variety of vegetables plants, house plants and garden’s accessories such as statues, flower pots and home decor. The Ciardullo family are wonderful people, extremely knowledgeable about all things gardening and growing! We are long time loyal clients

( this review has been writtwn by the wife of the accoint holder)

Very recently, i purchased a shrub at a cost of $40. Despite following the directions that accompanied the shrub, once it was transplanted, it did not perform well. The entire top section of the plant was brown and dry within a couple of days. So I took the shrub back to the garden center looking only to exchange it. When I arrived and placed the plant on the counter I was immediately told ( by the female attendant with long dark hair) that it wasn't dead and that all I needed to do was prune off the dead portion and then allow it to regrow. I explained that I didn't trust that the shrub would come back and that I would appreciate if I could simply exchange it for another of equal value. The cashier went on to question me about where I planted it, how I watered it as well as tell me about previous issues with customers who returned plants that were diseased. I assured her that my garden was not diseased. She spoke badly of other customers who have tried to scam them by returning items that hadnt even been purchased at their garden center.
Well.....that is not me......and i honestly have no interest in what other customers have done.
She then informed me that they don't accept returns. Again she went on about having to quarantine the plant before they could resell it just in case it was diseased....(.if it was diseased.....then I bought it that way. I also observed a male employee collect the schrub, return it to the section of the garden center and began snipping off the brown branches....so it wasn't even quarantined )
Although she did allow me to exchange, she reinforced that they do not accept returns and was adamant that I not tell anyone that she accepted a return. ( also repeated 2x)
I am an educated woman and an experienced gardener. I felt like I was being disciplined and spoken down to by this cashier. It was an embarrassing experience for me especially when she felt the need to repeat herself to me as if I didn't understand her in the first place.
So lessoned learned. I will never give Ciardullo's garden center another penny of my money nor would I recommend them to anyone. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They also don't stand behind the quality that they advertise they sell. In future, I will steer clear of Ciardullos and shop at Satellite or Harper's Garden Center where they offer a guarantee on their trees and scrubs along with friendly customer service.

I went to look at their inventory of spruce trees, they had 6 Norway Spruce in 1 gallon pots, about 16" in height.
Price was set at $109.99. Thats hilarious! The owner has no idea when it comes to the realistic cost of this item. . should be around 15 to $25.
They're just trying to gouge everyone. . beware! I wont go back!
