Products are of decent quality. My issue is meat grade is not labelled - and over priced. Not saying the meat/beef is bad, they just need to label it AA,AAA whatever - and lower prices. I go to Grecos in Concord (which is a high end grocery store) and meat is cheaper and of high quality AAA to Prime as well as Angus (which is not a grade but a type of beef- still good though if aged properly).

I came on a Thursday to pick up stuff for Father’s Day. The butcher behind the counter told me to come back on Father’s Day instead so that I could get the meat fresh. Today is Father’s Day and they close on Sundays. Now I have to scramble to find another place to buy steaks. Good think Globe Meats butchers are close by and open.

Nice butcher store. Best lamb I ever tasted! They have not only meat but also cheeses and some groceries. Nice, clean, chill and tidy.

I used to shop here for the last 16 years, meats were good, very tasty!
For the past few months, the meats ( pork, chicken and beef) having the same good taste , but producing lots of gases after consumption.
I wonder if anyone has the same issue , or just my family?
I believe that they started using some chemicals to preserve or make the product appearance better.

Terrible customer service, everyone's working with a sour face, and the worst thing that could have happened to me was last week when I went to buy meat for my paycheck. I've been shopping there for over five months and this has never happened to me before.
The man who normally collects money approached me with a cart and told me I couldn't bring things in there, and well, I have no problem. The problem was when the man took my purse and threw everything in the cart. It had my wallet, cards, etc., and he threw everything out.
I felt really bad and humiliated since I don't speak English and didn't know how to tell him to stop. It was horrible. I'll try not to go back, and it hurts because the meat they sell is good, but after what that man put me through, I'd rather go somewhere else. And I forgot to mention that the same man had another problem with someone else that day. Very bad of this man. I hope you take my comment into account.

This place is really good! As someone who lives 100 km away from Toronto, this is worth the driving! They have Cheese, Chocolates & etc freshly imported from Italy & other countries as well! I asked for full lamb, they had some! The place also gives out free espresso shots.

Always clean, everyone is friendly and welcoming. If they see you standing they ask if you need something or if you've been served. I was even offered coffee while we waited for our order.

We got here by a Google maps mistake and what a find! This is a gem of place. All the people who work here were in such good mood, we bought meat and also a sandwich from the hot table and deli and they were great. Fair prices and very yummy. I recommend the place!
