This HACCP course was engaging and informative. I loved the quizzes at the end of each chapter. It’s a good way to refresh your mind and test your knowledge. It’s also a good way to see whether you need to review the chapter further before proceeding. I also really appreciated the extra links and visuals that were provided and are accessible to you whenever needed. I enjoyed the online feature because it lets you take the course at your own pace. Definitely worth it.

Very straight forward and easy process. Accredited by the International HACCP Alliance and the information is current and updated. I found the user interface to be very easy to follow at your own pace and made reviewing for the end of chapter quizzes very simple. I also enjoyed that it allows access to all the information for a year. Even after you complete the course. Also this certification does not expire.

I took the course on Food Storage and Distribution. This is a great refresher course and I have already recommended it to a co-worker and a client who is looking for training at one of their new facilities. I am giving it 4 stars due to it not having exercises that offer a scenario with step by step examples of filling out the Hazard Analysis or process preventive controls. They have some examples in the resources section, but not something that would have helped me if this had been my initial training with limited HACCP knowledge.
