We have live here for 8 years. Promise driveway would be done the following Summer. If it wasn't for Ken who no longer works for them. It wouldn't have been done 7 years later. Great Worker Ken was. This past winter they came in and did my Kitchen and Bathroom floors. At the time Jason didn't tell us when they ripped out our floors baseboard they won't put new baseboard in around all of our floors. Or they don't paint them that's up to the renter to do. we ended up having to buy baseboards for under kitchen and bathroom cupboards. Our front door has two different baseboards as well as my kitchen. Plus my dining room and living room baseboards are different and have holes in them and cracks big ones in them. We did go out and buy new ones, but decided not to put in what is clearly ELRL. They also put in rised floor joining pieces. Which I went over my ankle on and got hurt by. After that they did come back in and fix them. Jason also told us he was looking at pictures showing they were done not true. Jason was suppose to come in to check them out. Made appointment he was a no show and no call saying he wasn't coming. Also we were told no logic and received a notice send to everyone last Fall saying to logic. I ask Jason about this as the people next to us put up one. Which was ripped apart in the Winter and they have it red duck tape it together. Making it a awful eye sore. Jason told us he.doesn't know what we were told. They don't have any standard when it comes to the outside your home. As both sides of us front and backyards are weeds and coming over to our yard. And they do nothing. Plus nothing in regards to car repairs and painting of cars in driveway. Which was clearly told and in our lease not allowed.I'm just saying what they tell you and what it is are two far worlds apart and depends who you are. It's all about money to them not happy tenants.
