Cheryl was an incredible help with our wedding flowers! We ordered sunflowers, ruscus, eucalyptus and baby's breath in bulk from Elm Flower Shoppe and they were so so beautiful. Cheryl helped us figure out the quantity we needed, and she gave me so many tips and tricks for making my centerpieces and bouquets. Thank you so much Cheryl and team!

I called on Friday morning wanting an arrangement sent to Lynn Funeral home in time for evening visitation that day. I hoped it wasn't too short notice. I asked what kinds of flowers they had at hand and was told what they had available. I ended up asking that it just be something with pink, purple tones and only specfic request was some blue hydrangeas be included. She assured me she would make something lovely and it turn out as promised.

My Mother ordered flowers for me, the lady on the phone was so nice to my mother, the flowers were delivered to me and were so beautiful, i could not believe how long they lasted, most flowers start to wilt in a few days, these lasted almost 2 weeks, great service and beautiful flowers

I ordered flowers ,order was wrong and asked to add a few more flowers, with rudeness ,the ordered was fix. Most professional flower shops will put the flowers in a clear wrapping first, and then the second in the paper wrapping. Nope just the paper wrapping. I definitely have had better service and flowers from FOODLAND and Costco. Would not recommend this business and will not be returning

My mom ordered flowers from here for my nannie for Christmas. We were very disappointed to see the bouquet had barely any flowers. She even called to sort it out and their explanation was the cost of the greenery. The bouquet was $100 and there were only 7 stems of flowers. Two stems of Gerber's and five of daisy style white flowers. Last time I checked when you order flowers there should be more flowers than greenery. We will not be ordering from here again and are very disappointed by the lack of customer service when we voiced our concerns.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. The woman was rude and disrespectful and charged us $25 for 4 unwrapped roses. I have never in my life had such a bad experience, do not go there!! Go to Barrie or Wasaga. At Costco you can get a whole bouquet for $22 would have been a better experience. I have no idea how she is still open.

Rude! Unprofessional! My wife and I pulled in here to get foam blocks for our evergreen planters, I stayed in the car with our newborn while she went in for the blocks, they had no idea what she was asking for and when they finally figured it out they had no idea what to charge for the product all the while our baby girl starts loosing her mind in the car "she does this when we sit still sometimes" so I drove down the road and back to try and calm her, no luck and when I got back they still haven't figured it out so I started to beep the horn to signal my wife as to the situation, while inside they are telling her that I'm nasty and when she tells them about our child they go on about how I probably just don't want to deal with her. Horrible experience we won't ever be be going back!
