Sean and his team are amazing. One of the few companies that stand behind their product and services 100%. From the initial install over 5 years ago to the yearly opening and closing the team has been responsible and very responsive. Retuning calls and showing up on time for appointments. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a sprinkler system.

Bradford Ontario. Empire Sprinklers have taken care of my family property for 18 years. I have the best lawn on the street and Sean and his team are simply AMAZING!

Recently we had Empire Sprinkler rebuild our system as a contractor DESTROYED our yard.

Not only did Sean and his team rebuild the system fast, they ensured the new sod(6500sqft) had water while making sure the sprinkler heads were not covered.

We trust and recommend Empire Sprinklers to anybody who need a fair and dedicated company you can trust.

I would NOT recommend this company. If I could give it a 0, I would. I had setup an appointment to have Sean come out to provide an estimate to split one irrigation zone into two. As he is the only one (as I was advised) that can do estimates, an appointment was set up for a couple of weeks away. When the appointment came, a couple of young men from his company came out to the house. I was surprised to see them as neither one was Sean and the young men confirmed to me that Sean was indeed, the 'quote guy'. I called into the office and spoke to a pleasant young lady. She apologized profusely , made another appointment for Sean a couple of weeks later (his first available time slot) and advised me that Sean would be advised this was his appointment to meet. Yesterday was the appointment ... no call, no show. I was home all day. I called the office this morning, spoke to the young lady and was advised that a lot of his appointments were cancelled due to rain. It didn't rain here until the evening (my appointment was from 12:00Noon to 3:00PM). This is not a company you really want to do business with - they are unreliable and severely discounted my business and time. Obviously this company doesn't want my business and in fact has proven to me that they have sufficient customers and wish no more. As mentioned at the start of this post, this is not a company to do business with .. what a shame as they did come recommended .

Excellent company to use for installation of sprinkler system. Very experienced and good customer service. They were able complete everything as scheduled, and coordinated all work with my landscaper. I did shop around and they did quote me the best price as well. I definitely will use them again if needed in the future.

After obtaining a number of quotes, we made the decision to have Empire Green Lawn Sprinkler Ltd. install our system. From the first point of contact through to completion of the project Sean and his full team were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, responsive and very pleasant to work with. The work was done in a very timely and professional manner - when they left after the irrigation system was installed in both the front and back yard, you would not have known anything was done - they left everything neat and tidy. Amanda, Administration who answered my calls was so pleasant and helpful at all times and made sure she got answers to all questions I had. I just had my new sprinkler system installed by Sean and his team at Empire Green. They came recommended to me by two neighbours who are good friends. Everyone I dealt with including the girls at the office (Amanda & Melanie) were very polite, helpful and of course professional. The system is entirely automated and can be controlled from my phone. It has rain sensing technology so no watering the lawn during rainstorms. The guys installed the system with minimal damage to the lawn that will easily be grown back in in a couple of weeks.
I couldn't be happier and should have done this year's ago. A big thanks to Sean and his team and definitely would recommend for your Sprinkler install.

Just amazing. The service is exceptional. Did our sprinklers and service always available. We also had them add more spot lighting … just perfect. Owner even came at night to take a look to make sure all was perfect. Highly recommend.

Sean and the team at Empire Green did an excellent job with my sprinkler system. The installers did very clean work, and were very professional. They only high quality Hunter products, vs the competitors who sell no-name brand heads and timer. I would definitely recommend Empire Green to anyone looking for a sprinkler system, or service.
