Petawawa newest and hottest Pet store, the staff are amazing and super friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, helped picked out the right products for my dogs. Gave me some tips to help them and have a great selection. Plus a bonus they have military discount on Mondays. If you have a pet I highly recommend checking them out!

Awesome shop. Love buying treats and toys for my dog here. The staff is exceptionally helpful and always very patient. Recently signed my dog up for another round of training, and the staff was so patient, even with me making their phone ring off the hook. The girls were so patient and so polite. I love having a shop like this so close. Truly a gem in Petawawa.

The best and most accomodating pet store in the Ottawa area and Valley full stop. I am up in the valley often and buy my dog food from them even though I live in Ottawa.

Great atmosphere and highly knowledgeable staff, very well stocked with a large selection of toys and treats. Always fun to pop in with the fur babies and I love the convenience of taking a puppy training class on site — the staff know the products and can make the best suited recommendations for your pup!

I have always had a good experience in this store, my dog loves going in and sniffing around and saying hello. But today he started to pee on the concrete floor and a small amount splashed on a bag of cat food. I wiped it all off right away (and the bag is plastic so it didn't absorb anything), but I was made to buy it, a $65+ bag of cat food and I don't even have a cat. I get it they have a policy but that's like my groceries for the next week.

Now I have to start getting all my dogs stuff elsewhere, there's no way I'll ever go back, so unfortunately they just lost a customer. I've definitely spent hundreds of dollars on food and treats over the years here, and certainly would have spent thousands more over my life, but they just lost a customer over $65.
