They pointless waste gasoline with leaf blowers when they don’t require them. They use herbicide with no signage. All equipment is gas powered. This company is actively contributing to climate collapse. Great if you want to poison all the wildlife in your neighbourhood.

They are friendly, dependable and do a good job. We use them for Lawn Care (no trimming or grass cutting) which involves seeding / top-dressing / fertilizing / aeration / weed control / maintenance and they have been great. Once our lawn was fried when our sprinklers shut down while we were on vacation, so they re-seeded and covered the lawn and it was growing again after a few weeks.

I met Sam from Evergreen Plant Care six years ago through the referral of another homeowner. During the first year of his service, it was evident that Sam was a truly professional person and had great understanding of plant care and gardening. I feel very comfortable even though I usually not a home when his men come to do the job. Every season whenever fertilizing, weed control, aeration and raking are required, his team always appears on a perfect day. I don't have to worry about watering my lawn because they schedule their work in accordance with the weather. Sam is reliable and very knowledgeable in gardening. If I have a problem or issue about pruning, insect treatment or plant diseases, he always comes to my door and helps me with his professional input and recommendation. I do not hesitate to claim that there are not many people of his category around, and I would recommend Evergreen to anyone who is seeking quality, expertise and professional services in lawn care.

Have been a long time customer for their standard lawn care my lawn is free of weeds but the quality of grass is going a bit downhill. Their field service is great all services on time and with care and leave a note after each service. The office support is a bit lacking if you want additional services and quote it takes long time for them to respond especially by email not to mentioned they have WhatsApp which is basically inactive.

My family opted for their lawn care services back in early spring. We never saw any results despite us watering our grass every single day and them coming for treatments such as aeration, fertilization, seeding and raking. Our grass still looks super dry and dead, so we called to cancel in the beginning of August and they said they would issue us a refund cheque. I am writing this review as I am livid that weeks had passed and the cheque is still not delivered yet! I called back this Monday and their response was, I need to double check with the accounting department, but your cheque is still not sent out yet. I called back the next day, still not sent out, they would send it out tomorrow. I called yesterday 3 times, all different hours, no one picks up the phone! I call today, and they say the cheque was sent out yesterday despite me telling them countless times to please call my cellphone when cheque has been sent out. I am so disappointed in this company, this place is a joke. If I had never reached out in regards to the status of the refund cheque, I would never receive it as they kept brushing me off. The person I spoke to on the phone’s name was Kinfon and he never had a definite answer for me as to when the cheque would be sent out, but they were super quick to take our money when we had opted for their services since they took payment right away! But when it comes to a refund, that’s a different story.

If you are looking for lawn care services, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. They lack communication skills, work ethic, and will have you chasing them in circles for your refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very professional lawn care service. Our lawn was a mess with weeds that was out of control. Evergreen nursed our lawn back to health in one season. They have been looking after our lawn for several summers now and it has gotten fuller and greener. I will definitely recommend.
