Honestly, some of the best beer in Hamilton. Really popular with the University crowd and offers plenty of amazing beers on tap to choose from. I recommend the High Grade to pretty much everyone I speak with. I definitely recommend stopping by here on any Hamilton brewery tour.

Found a nice brewery in Hamilton with yummy beer.
Fairweather Brewery on Ewen Road. Nice variety of craft beers. Good sized outdoor patio, groovy chill music, and canned brews to take home with you. They have Covered Bridge Kettle Chips for some munchies to have with your beer (BBQ ones are yummy). If you're in the area down from McMaster Hospital, I'd recommend popping into giving them a try.
I will definitely return on my future trips to Hamilton

Stopped in for quick tasting as we have had their beer at an event and really enjoyed it. The brewery is very inviting and love the evening lighting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do not have a food menu but said you can bring your own food and enjoy their beers which is a fun idea. Took home a 6 pack of our favourite beer “upper Crust” and will be back again.

Fairweather is one of mine and my husbands favourite breweries. They create excellent beers and have incredible staff. We hosted our wedding reception last week and they were so amazing. Thanks Fairweather for being such a big part of our life haha!!

Fairweather Brewing is always my go-to spot whenever I am in Hamilton. The vibes are always immaculate and it is such a great place to relax. There is plenty of outdoor seating, which makes it perfect for a summer day with friends or just enjoying a cold beer in the sun.
Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area! It never disappoints.

Fairweather Brewing Company is a gem in Hamilton's craft beer community. They have a wide selection of beers to choose from with great flavour profiles.

In the evenings, Fairweather's brewery floor can be rented out for private events (up to 75 people). They have a PA system, projector screen, and many tables. My colleagues and I recently organized a business networking event at Fairweather and we were blown away at the aesthetics of their space. The kegs, lighting, and brewery equipment created a wonderful vibe. Moreover Noelle and Jamie were fabulous hosts and represents of Fairweather.
