Recently had interaction with Jenna, extremely unprofessional, talked over me the entire time. I would never recommend dealing with her. Hopefully UFA does better in the future.

Good selection, staff is knowledgeable and courteous but they could be a little better at communicating with patrons. I stood at the till with my merchandise for about 5 minutes while a worker was fumbling with something. He barely acknowledged my presence.
