I absolutely love the cereals! I was wanting something without all the added sugars. It has everything I needed, no sugar, protein, and fibre. Will be my go to from now on!

I really want to give them a better review, but man do they make it hard. It takes way too long for them to ship an order (over 10 business days every single time), and the products are often not fresh. Really unfortunate. Anyway, this time will be my last order from them, the hassle isn't worth it. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will reorder the day they'll send an email to all customers apologizing for their slow processing time, the why, the how it's fixed, and a promise on handling time.

Been purchasing this cereal for years from Amazon. No problems. Bought ONCE straight from company and the cereal were stale and nuts tasted old. Asked for a replacement and this has been over 3 months now that they have said it is sent or refunded and now they just asked me again to show proof of purchase which we have already been through. Company is awful to deal with. Had they been easy to deal with I would have co jtinued to order from them. Bad for business. Never again!

Enjoy the cereals, but most times I order they are mostly all sold out. I end up ordering 6 bags of one flavour and 2 bags of another. I wait a week and nothing has changed. Would like to try out some different flavors.

I love this company. I was working to eliminate sugar from my diet and cereal was the last thing I ditched. This company has great alternatives and even do keto pancake mixes, noodle mixes, loads, etc. I've ordered once and had no issues, and now I actually just drive to the plant on my way to work and order it there, wait 10 minutes or so for them to collect everything, and then I'm on my merry way!

The cereal is delicious. I love it, my kids love it, my wife loves it. Having to contact the company to ask where my order is, well that's not so appealing. They are a small company I get it. Second order June 15, shipping label made June 19 currently June 25 and order hasn't left. There are some things that need to be fine tuned within the company and I hope it happens soon.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I ordered cereal to reduce my daughter's sugar intake in the mornings and I was so excited to try. Got a shipping notification almost immediately, only to realize about a week later that I still hadn't received it. Checked the shipping tracker and it hadn't left the facility yet. Hmmm suspicious. Remembering they they're a small business, I have them the benefit of the doubt and waited. Finally received shipping updates, tracked it all day and checked outside the minute it showed as delivered which was strange since we have cameras and didn't get a move notification. Lo and behold, it wasn't outside. I emailed them and they responded fairly quickly to let me know they were looking into it. 3 days later.....they asked me to follow up with the courier directly. So I did, and thankfully we found my package 3 doors down. My daughter loved the cereal, so I decided to give them another try. Placed my order, got a shipment notification almost immediately and here we go again. Shows as shipped since March 18 and as I write this review on March 27th I'm still waiting - tracking shows that it hasn't left the facility. Reached out to them on the SHOP app and they surprisingly answered to say that it should arrive today. If you're going to charge your customers for tracked shipping, the expectation is they you actually drop the package off with the courier within a reasonable amount of time. Will not order again.
