Fiddlehead Nursery is an absolute gem! If you're passing anywhere nearby, I highly recommend making a stop. This place is more than just a nursery — it's a source of inspiration.

The owner is deeply passionate about what he does and has a beautiful philosophy: “Plant once, eat forever.” It was a joy to listen to him talk about the plants, their uses, and even taste a few right there on the spot!

Homeowners in particular will appreciate the wide selection of productive and rare trees — many of which you won’t easily find elsewhere. Prices are very reasonable, and the personal advice you get is incredibly helpful.

Support this amazing small business and its kind, knowledgeable owner. A visit to Fiddlehead Nursery is not just shopping — it’s an experience.

What a magical place! We came across their road sign for edible perennials and had to check it out. Such a beautiful location with amazing edibles from nature. Even our 3 and 5 year old kids loved it and kept talking about it well after we left. And Ben was so nice and welcoming. Definitely a go to spot for us anytime we are in Kimberley. Highly recommend it.

Highly recommend stopping in for the short tasting tour. You’re sure to learn new things. And the greenhouse is a thing of beauty.

If you’re interested in permaculture and/or want to add more underused or unusual edible plants to your garden this is a must-stop.

Amazing variety of plants! I took a workshop with Ben and it was so informative and inspiring I’ve since planted a little orchard in my yard and have numerous edible perennials growing throughout! My salads are also much more beautiful now, filled with flowers from my own garden which I never knew were edible before.

I recommend Fiddlehead nursery to everyone. Ben is a delight to talk to, passionate and knowledgeable about plants, soil and permaculture and his nursery is beautiful. I take trip to Ben’s nursery every Spring and Fall to buy more perennial edible plants for my forest garden.

What a wonderful time we had on our garden tour with Ben, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. 🙂 I got everything on my list, and after the tour got some extras as well. The plants all look great and I'm looking forward to getting them into my garden. 10/10 would recommend.
