Customer Service is amazing!
I had an issue so I reached out and they went above and beyond.
They couldn't assist with my actual issue due to having a contract with Canabis NB, but sent me a PR Package.

Not only did they send me the PR package, but also a christmas card hand written.
They went above and beyond which shows that they truly care about customers. That's hard to come by now a days!

I had a problem with a purchase of a FIGR product at a dispensary. The dispensary could not help. I contacted FIGR by email an received amazing customer service and support! It means alot knowing that info given was passed on to many reps and actions were taken.

Unfortunately, I love buying local but I am on my second ounc by FIGR, and it WILL NOT BURN! "sunshine bubble kush". Lot # 229240006
I have been tried and tried to get a hold of anyone in customer service, unfortunately to no avail.

I'm absolutely disappointed with this companies customer service. The 510 cart leaked and I ended up getting a shock on my lips. I contacted them and that was a few weeks ago and nobody has bothered to answer my email. Shame on this company

Bought a pack of preerolls (Sunshine Bubble Kush) 1 was broken in half, one was almost broken in half (held on by a thread, but not smokeable) and the others were just ugly joints, with really long twisted ends. The ones that could be smoked were great, good burn, good taste.
