I have loved this park since I was a teen. It used to be a fun gathering place for people among big beautiful gardens under massive old trees. Often to be found playing music on any instrument they could carry, singing, smoking, chattering among themselves, having picnics and enjoying the beauty of the park. Now it's full of junkies, using smack in broad daylight on the picnic tables, garbage everywhere, the plants aren't like they used to be either. It's sad because I have such great memories of (what we used to call Blue Bell) Fleming Park. I still give it 5 stars because the beauty is still in there and the plants are still trying and my memories keep me returning.

Just a nice little park on the Trans Canada Trail before the downtown area. Good for a short rest. A few tables and benches. No other amenities. A lot of shady spots.

I rode my scooter by this park but couldn't stay there long enough to see the entire park however I will try in the coming days to make sure I get to see this lovely park.
