Absolutely Abysmal Experience at Floral Dimensions – Avoid at All Costs

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience at Floral Dimensions was so infuriating and disappointing that I feel morally obligated to warn others. Where do I even begin? This place is a masterclass in how not to run a business.

First of all, the customer service was outright atrocious. The staff acted like I was a burden just for walking in. No greeting, no help, no courtesy—just blank stares and bad attitudes. It felt like I was interrupting their personal hangout session rather than entering a place of business. I’ve received warmer treatment from a brick wall.

As for the plants? What a joke. Half of them looked like they were on their last breath—wilted, brown, and clearly neglected. I wouldn’t be surprised if they watered them once a month—if that. For a place with “Floral” in the name, they seem completely disconnected from what healthy plants are supposed to look like.

This place is like a heaven for succulents lover. Great selection of plants which are displayed in a very urban concept. Can see they put great effort on making the plants look so lively. Prices are very reasonable everyone said hi to me and asked if I found what I need. Brought home 2 cute mature jade plants I’ve been looking for a long time ☺️

We visited for fun after a trip to the nearby tulip farm, and absolutely loved it. Staff was so friendly and helpful, and all the succulents were beautiful. We will absolutely go back!

Accidentally wandered into the employee’s only section, the plants were nicer than what was available up front, left a sour taste in my mouth as it seems they try to sell the poorer quality inventory first.
Was made to feel like we broke the (unposted) rules.
I grew up in greenhouses so I guess it just rubbed me the wrong way…
Unfortunate the retail area is so much smaller than the back area.
Made us feel like the best parts were hidden.
Unfortunately the air plants had not been put out/priced yet.
May update review after another visit. Hopefully after a few warmer/brighter months things look a bit nicer.
Hopefully the rough looking succulents are relegated to the back area instead of the retail area.
Was planning to spend a lot more than we ended up. Their main focus is clearly online sales

We placed a bulk order of 100 succulents through Floral Dimension's shipping website (succulents.ca) to give away as wedding favours. We could not have been more pleased with the service. The succulents arrived in just a few days and were in great condition. Floral Dimensions/Succulents Canada gave us a fantastic variety of assorted succulents, the perfect size for wedding favours. We would recommend Succulents Canada to anyone in Ontario looking for bulk succulents for weddings, baby showers, or other events!

It's a lovely place, but I just can't get there. I knew they were closed Sundays, but Saturday, too? Took my mother out there today for a special visit; she's been wanting to see it for ages. It is a beautiful sunny Saturday in June, and the place was.... crickets. Closed. I give up.
