I purchased haskaps from FloraMaxx in the spring and, since I live in the States, the shipment was held up in customs. Due to poor handling from customs and from UPS, half the plants didn't make it. If I could rate UPS, I would rate them as zero stars but thankfully Ashish at FloraMaxx was very customer-oriented and made it right by working with me to replace the lost plants. The first plants I received are doing great and I have high hopes that the replacement plants will do just as well.

This is our second year ordering from Floramaxx. We are small scale atm and orders are small but they have been very accommodating and helpful. We have already received dormant plants and they look healthy and full of life. Shipping was great to Ontario and they followed it along and informednme when they arrived and followed up woth us after to make sure everhthing was ok. We have ordered mainly haskaps along with a few other fruit and flower plants and so far not disappointed. Highly recommend!!

FloraMaxx is a great place to buy Haskap, Blackberry and other plants. I stopped in to the FloraMaxx nursery in West Kelowna twice. I have never received such great personalized service from any other nursery ever. Ashish asked me about my garden situation and what I wanted to do. He then took out a writing pad and laid out the best planting and irrigation grid for my garden. I have never had a nursery owner take the time to do this for me.
I cannot recommend FloraMaxx more highly than to say that I wish all nurseries took such an imterest in their customer needs and supplied product of such a high quality.

Have dealt with Floramaxx for over 250 Haskap plants. Great plants(lost none) Knowledgeable, friendly and well priced. They checked up to see how the plants were doing as well and had many helpful hints. We had bought from the Salmon Arm area with much poorer results. Highly recommend

Great customer experience; the people in this company really care that their product is of high quality, they take the time to answer any question you might have, and they make the follow up call to make sure all is up to your expextations.

I ordered 256 pear rootstocks and they arrived as described and in good shape, and I'm in Ontario, Canada, far away from BC!

We are lucky to have such a supplier of high quality clones in Canada, so I will surely order more from them when in need.

If you are considering them, don't hesitate, it's well worth the asking price.
