The customer service here is amazing, its clean and well kept. I shopped here for the couple weeks I visited Nfdl and found the cashiers super nice and the food pretty fresh. The only downside is the price of food, it's very exspensive. But considering everything needs to be shipped over I can see why the prices are what they are. I think they should use more local food in the grocery store to cut down on the importing costs. Overall it's nice to have the mall attached to the grocery store and also the liquor store too. All in one shop.

Foodland is a great place to buy groceries! We buy a lot of groceries used for indian food, and occasionally Foodland gets some of these groceries. They are also open to ordering new stuff - Ask for Jodie the grocery manager, and she'll help order anything you could imagine! If you buy chicken here, make sure to cook it within 24 hours, otherwise it may go bad. Also the bakery will take orders for bread - just stop by, let them know what you want, how many you want, and when you want to pick it up. They will reserve it until you pick up. Pro-tip: they stock their shelves with new produce and products every Thursday morning. For the freshest groceries and widest selection, go on Thursday before 11am!

It's ridiculous that the store closes at 6 on a Saturday leaving any ferry passengers who arrive for the night literally without any options to get anything.

Great Place for shopping. Lots of space and quick lines. The lines moved super fast without being rushed. Customer service is always excellent here.
