Wonderful meat, from custom cut striploins to their locally sourced hamburger.
The cheese and jalapeno sausages were a great treat as was the pepperettes!

This is the second time they've cut and wrapped our half beef and both times our experience with them has always been fantastic. The staff are always friendly and are able to answer our question, I find their price to be very reasonable. I know we will definitely be going back again and I highly recommend them. 😊😊😊

Great local business with plenty of freshly butchered items for sale. They also do custom work and to top it all off they have the best (and most reasonably priced) beef jerky I've found anywhere. 300g of delicious jerky for $20!

I was very impressed with this business! Throughout the journey of getting my animal processed I made several phone calls to ask questions and was always helped in a friendly and helpful manner. When I came in the service was just as personable and when I picked up my carcass (I went for kill only, no packaging) the meat was very clean and professionally processed. This is a good business with good people, I will certainly be returning in the coming years! ( My buddy also picked up some bacon when we came in, needless to say that was awesome too!)
